Bespoke & Handmade Nature

Each piece is individually handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade resin art, variations in texture, internal patterning, bubbles, light refraction, and surface characteristics are natural and inherent to the medium. These variations are considered part of the artistic process and are not defects. Each artwork is one of a kind.

Memorial Materials

When memorial materials (including ashes or personal mementos) are incorporated into a piece, they are handled with the utmost care and respect. Once memorial materials are received and work has begun, the order is considered in progress. Clients acknowledge that memorial artworks are deeply personal and that visual interpretation is subjective.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because all pieces are custom and made specifically for each client, orders are non-refundable once work has begun or memorial materials have been received. If an issue arises during creation or shipping, it will be addressed with care, compassion, and transparency, and reasonable efforts will be made to reach a fair resolution.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Once an artwork leaves the studio, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. Any damage incurred during transit must be reported promptly so that appropriate claims or solutions may be explored.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The artist is not responsible for emotional interpretations, expectations beyond the stated nature of bespoke artwork, or misuse of the artwork once delivered.
